Where: Municipal Close Gym
When: April 22 , 2026
Time : 6:00 A. M
Who: All Tupi Tricycle Driver in the Master List of DSWD

Requirements:

1.) Driver's License 2x Xerox Copies Non Expired with 3 signatures each copy
2.) Certificate of Eligibility 2x Xerox Copies by MSWD
3.) BBM Serbisyo - Printed 2x Copies

Step of Releasing::

1st : Verification
2nd : Alphabetical Letter of Surname..
Pumila lang maayos ayun sa Letra ng apelyido para organize..
3rd: Picture of Beneficiaries
4th. Release of 5K fuel Subsidy..

Reminders:
Dalhin poh lahat ng mga requirements na kailangan at seguraduhin ang lahat ng Copies ay klaro..
At Dapat lahat ng Drivers License ay dili Expired..

Ito poh sundin natin kung aabot na mahigit 80pesos ang Gasolina tsaka na tayo mag increase ng pamasahe..
Para sa clarification tingnan lang poh ang g post ko na Taripa..
