From moving as one strong team to being deployed across multiple locations—this week truly tested our coordination.
After that rare moment when all 7 units were together, the past two days became more challenging as most of our trucks were assigned to different locations, stretching from north to south.

With units spread out, communication, timing, and coordination required extra effort from both our drivers and operations team. Still, everyone stepped up, adapted quickly, and kept deliveries moving safely and on schedule.

This is the reality of logistics—not always side by side, but always connected.
Proud of the team for staying focused, flexible, and committed no matter where the road takes them. 🚛💪

It’s not every day that all 7 of our units are called in at the same day and the same time—and even rarer to see them parked side by side, ready to move as one solid team.

Today was one of those moments that reminded us why teamwork matters. Seeing our drivers and crew working together, coordinating seamlessly, and supporting one another toward a single goal is something we truly take pride in.

We also want to express our deep appreciation to the entire team for showing up on a Sunday. We know Sundays are meant for rest and family, yet you chose to sacrifice that time to make sure every cargo reaches its destination on time and safely.

This is more than logistics.
This is commitment, teamwork, and reliability.

We are looking for a reliable Driver-Mechanic (Stay-In) to join our trucking operations.

📍 Position: Driver-Mechanic (Stay-In)
🚛 Vehicle: 6-Wheeler Closed Van

🔧 Job Responsibilities
1. Primary duty: Drive the truck for assigned trips
2. Assist the helper during loading and unloading (helper handles most of the work)
3. Perform minor truck repairs and troubleshooting when needed
4. When assigned at the garage, assist in minor repairs and maintenance together with available crew

✅ Qualifications
Valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction C)
Experience driving 6-wheeler trucks
Knowledge in truck mechanics
Willing to be stay-in
Responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking
Can work well with helpers and garage crew

💰 Compensation
Estimated income: ₱24,000 – ₱35,000 per month
(depending on number of trips)

Teamwork Makes the Load Lighter 💪🚚

I just want to take a moment to appreciate our amazing team of drivers and helpers! 🙌

It’s inspiring to see how everyone works together — helping one another even when the load isn’t for their own truck. Instead of working separately, they make it a point to finish one truck at a time, making the loading and unloading process faster, smoother, and more efficient for everyone.

Not all of our team members are in this video since some are dispatched to other locations, but I’m sure they’re all doing the same — helping each other and keeping the spirit of teamwork alive wherever they are. 💯

This kind of cooperation and unity is what keeps our operations strong and our clients satisfied.

Today, we just want to take a moment to appreciate our hardworking drivers and helpers. 🙌 Even on a Sunday, they make themselves available to pick up important medicines so that everything will be ready for delivery tomorrow.

After the pickup, they can finally head home to get some well-deserved rest before hitting the road again. 🚛💊💤

Age 25 – 45 years old

Physically fit and willing to assist in loading/unloading

Salary: ₱20,000/month + incentives

✅ Requirements:

NBI or Police Clearance

Drug Test result

Preferably residents of Westdrive Village or Riviera Heights, Brgy. Labas, Sta. Rosa City (our garage is within the area)
