HELLO KA-BYAHE!

After the delays started last month, we will temporarily limit the acceptance of packages to same province only effective tomorrow, December 13, 2021 due to truck shortage, limited trucking capacity and warehouse congestion.

For our customers with aging parcels, we are completely aware of the current unpleasant situation. We know that the misunderstanding comes from our side and no matter how hard we try, sometimes it happens that despite all our efforts, errors surface. Once again kindly accept our sincere apologies and lack of communicating in advance. However, to prevent such occurrence in the future we have decided to put measures in place such as limiting acceptance of packages bound to other provinces.
