Requirements for Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS)

​Vehicle Requirements:

* ​LTO OR/CR: (Updated, clear copy of Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration)
​Note: If the vehicle is under financing, secure a certified true copy from the bank. If you are not the registered owner on the CR, include a notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) or Letter of Authorization (LOA).

* ​LTFRB Authority: (Updated clear copy of Provisional Authority (PA), Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC), or Authority to Operate/ATOC).

* Updated Passenger Insurance: (SCCI/COCOGEN)

* ​Owner Identification: Clear copy of a valid government-issued ID of the registered car owner displaying 3 specimen signatures.

* ​Vehicle Photos: High-resolution photos covering all 4 sides:
​Front (plate number clearly visible)
​Back (plate number clearly visible)
​Left side, ​Right side

​Driver Requirements:

* ​Professional Driver's License: Updated with appropriate restriction code M1/M2 (or codes 1, 2 under the LTMS system).

* ​Clearances (All Updated):
​NBI Clearance
​Police Clearance
​Barangay Clearance

* ​Operator Clearance: If you are an existing TNVS driver moving to or adding another operator/fleet, attach a signed clearance or release document from your current operator.

E-TNVS Slots Available Now for BEV & PHEV Units! 🚗⚡

​Good news, Ka-TNVS drivers at vehicle owners!
​Bukas na ang pagtanggap ng aplikasyon para sa E-TNVS (Electric Transport Network Vehicle Service).

Kung ang gamit mong sasakyan ay Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) o Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), maaari ka nang mag-apply para sa iyong Provisional Authority (PA) at ATOC na 7 years validity.

​Sino ang mga Pwedeng Mag-apply?

​BEV Units: Pure Electric Vehicles / Full Battery-Powered
​PHEV Units: Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles

​Bakit Magandang Mag-apply ng E-TNVS?
