Today, we pause to celebrate not just the day you were born, but the life and leadership youโve given to all of us here at San Rafael High School.
Being a principal is more than a title. It means being the first to arrive and the last to leave. It means solving problems we donโt even see, making decisions that shape our future, and carrying the weight of an entire school community on your shoulders. Yet through it all, you do it with grace, with patience, and with a heart that truly cares.
Thank you for the way you remember studentsโ names, for listening to teachersโ concerns, and for believing in us even when we doubt ourselves. Thank you for turning challenges into lessons, and for making this school a place where we feel safe, challenged, and inspired to do better.
Because of your vision, our school has grown. Because of your discipline, weโve learned respect. Because of your kindness, weโve learned what real leadership looks like. You donโt just run a school - you build futures.
On your birthday, our wish is simple: that life gives you back all the good youโve given to others. May you be blessed with strong health, a peaceful mind, and a home filled with love and laughter. May this new year bring you rest when youโre tired, joy in small moments, and pride in all youโve accomplished.
Youโve spent so many time pouring into us. Today, let us pour appreciation back to you.
Happy Birthday, Sir Rizal Andrade. The whole San Rafael High school family is grateful for you. May your day be as special, as meaningful, and as inspiring as the leader you are to us.
