What is the most effective way of offering feedback especially during research presentation?

In my observation, some would resort to intimidation, while others would choose the flexing route while I always prefer the direct, polite but constructive way of delivering my assessment.

Years may have passed by, but they still remember
🙏🙏🎉🎉🎉

I am having my snack in a certain donut house, minding my business when a former student approached me, did his "mano" and introduced himself to me, assuming I forgot his name ( but I remembered his name😊😊😊).

After his little introduction, I patted his head and gave him my blessing, and before leaving he said
" na miss ko po kayo maam.".

His words hit me, and the significant role we play in the lives of our learners especially in nurturing and guiding them gently, steadily, selflessly.

And the good news? Our influence in them never wane despite time---they always remember!
