1. Once booked, changing of schedule or destination is NOT ALLOWED.
2. Children below 2years old are free of charge. They’ll sit on the lap of their parents during travel.
3. Confirmed Bookings are Non Refundable but Transferable to another person.
4. Back out / Cancellations (You or any or your travel companions) due to whatever reason atleast 7 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE, guest(s) MUST pay the WHOLE amount as agreed on the reservation and as stated in the acknowledgment voucher.
5. Itinerary MIGHT CHANGE without prior notice.
6. 1 Bag Only. All Guests are Advise to Travel Lite.

C. If there is a report of typhoon that may compromise the safety of our passengers.
D. In case of tour cancellation, due to whatever reason, ALL DEPOSIT(S) are NON- REFUNDABLE but are also NON-EXPIRY. YOU CAN USE YOUR DEPOSIT ANYTIME AND ANY DESTINATION AVAILABLE.
