My journey hasn’t been a straight line, but it has always had one heartbeat: the search for elegance and peace.

It began in boutique dress shops, learning how texture and style change a person's mood. From there, I moved to the grand stages of luxury hotels in China. As a singer performing under the warm glow of lobby lights, I didn't just work in luxury; I lived in its atmosphere.

But I wanted to understand the "bones" of that beauty. I spent years as an Assistant MEP Designer, collaborating with my late husband—my teacher and mentor. Together, we brought high-intensity international venues like Hysteria Abu Dhabi to life. Those years taught me the technical precision of comfort: how lighting, flow, and structural design work together to create a true experience.

Later, I began rendering my own vision—designing warm minimalist residential perspectives that focused on the soul of the home. I learned that whether I was crafting an invitation in my printing shop or designing a digital sanctuary, the goal was always the same: to make people feel at home.

Now, all those paths have led to JBG x KoziKomfi.

I thought I was running away from the ghosts of my past—until I realized I was carrying the tools to build my future. ✨

For a long time, I kept my story private. I stepped away from the world of 'shapes and lines' because it hurt too much to remember the life my late husband and I created together—the high-rise buildings, the luxury hotel bars, and the big villas we brought to life as a team while I worked as his assistant MEP designer.

I thought if I stopped designing homes, I could stop the pain of missing my husband and mentor. I tried to pivot into other things—opened a printing shop, worked at the call center, I even opened an Etsy shop for home decor and digital printables, but when it got shut down, I felt like I was losing my way after 4 months of working so hard on it even though I am suffering from dry eye.

But then, something 'unordinary' happened. Even though I am just starting this new chapter, finding support from a stranger reminded me to take back control of the wheels. Like Captain Raymond has inspired me to find my voice again, I realized I didn’t just live that life—I created it.

My husband once told me that a real architect builds 'unordinary' buildings. Today, my 'unordinary building' is JBG Travel Services x KoziKomfi. I’ve shifted my goals; I’m no longer building physical walls, but curating the 'spirit' and peace within them for you.
