**Changes

If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please cancel your current reservation and make a new

reservation with the updated details. It is possible that the van you cancelled may be all sold out when you try to book it again. Any cancellation fees will be charged to the Initial/payment if you cancel a reservation within 7 days of pickup, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

**Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees for any reason will be automatically charged to the Initial payment in accordance with the cancellation policy below (including no-shows). Campaign plans such as \"Early Bird plan\" are subject to the cancellation policy of that plan. Reservations are automatically cancelled if you are more than 1 hour late for the scheduled pickup time. Please contact the outlet directly to infom them of your estimated arrival time if you will be late for pickup. The time/date you cancel is determined according to when D'Princess sends the cancellation message to the registered email address, phone number ,or fb messenger NOT according to the time/date that you sent the cancellation message , send the email, or contact the outlet. Cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy, even if you just want to alter the conditions or switch to another rental van company. We can only accept cancellations from the person who book the reservation

Between 3-6 days prior to your car pick up | 50% of the Van rental fee

Between 1-2 days prior to your car pick up | NON- REFUNDABLE

On the day of your car pick-up | NON- REFUNDABLE

*No cancellation charge is required if you cancel/change the reservation within 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed (even it is within 7 days before your pickup date). However, a cancellation fee will be incurred for all same-day cancellations, even if it is still within 24 hours of reservation confirmation.
