Feeling trapped at work? Read this.
Akala ko dati, tamad lang ako.
Back when I was an employee, around 1 or 2 P.M., laging inaantok ako.
So what did I do? Minsan, I’d sneak to my car and take a quick 15-minute nap.
After that, I’d feel sharp and energized, and I’d be super productive as a computer programmer.
Here's the issue: In most offices, bawal ang naps. Meron kasi tayong unwritten rule na ang natutulog e tamad or puyat.
Surprisingly, mas tanggap pa ng iba ang long "Yosi Breaks."
Ang funny pa nito, maraming scientific studies have proven that naps actually benefit your health and boost productivity.
Crazy, right?
That’s why for years, I’ve been preaching about designing your business and lifestyle to Filipinos.
Kasi maraming hard-working Filipinos, they’re sacrificing their health, family time, and overall happiness—para saan?
To spend their lives in soul-sucking jobs, just to make a paycheck.
If you’ve been reading my emails, I always share the same advice:
Start an online business, do it part-time, grow your skills as an entrepreneur, and once kumikita na nang solid, escape the 9-to-5 life.
Fire your boss and never look back.
Madali ba? Nope.
Pero madali ba ang buhay empleyado?
Now, maybe some people enjoy their jobs, and good for them.
But if ikaw yung tao na lagi nang naghihintay na mag-Friday, tapos hate na hate mo ang Monday morning, then these are signs that starting a business is the right path for you.
And if you’re still reading this, nakaupo sa office chair mo, bored, staring out the window wishing nandun ka sa Boracay, enjoying the sun with an ice-cold shake from Jonah’s Fruitshake...
It’s time to act.
Stop wasting your life working for someone else and making them rich.
