Affected passengers will be notified directly and may choose from the following options:
• Rebook to another available flight at no additional cost in the same cabin, subject to seat availability
• Convert the ticket into travel credits with a 20% bonus, processed within 48 hours
• Request a full refund with no penalties if booked directly with Philippine Airlines; processing takes approximately 𝟖 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐝𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, with total posting time of 𝟐 𝐭𝐨 𝟒 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 depending on bank processing
