And this involves some basic etiquette, some principles to carry on. To be a true mountaineer you must possess the knowledge and skills, the physical and metal preparedness, and all these can be acquired through practice and lectures. Our bodies are our greatest tool in our endeavors, so we must learn to care of it and enrich it.
