Nature Therapy PH represented the Philippines in the First Global Summit of Science, Nature, and Health by presenting A Case Study on Introducing Forest Bathing to Learners through Outbound Education.

The summit was organized by the Diputació de Barcelona and Forest Therapy Hub.

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest Bathing is a wellness practice that uses all your senses to connect with nature and access the healing power of the forest. Through this practice, your body and mind can be restored and strengthened, allowing you to achieve a sense of balance and well-being.

Studies have shown that engaging in Forest Bathing can lead to numerous benefits including a decrease in stress hormones, improvement in cardiovascular and respiratory health, a boost in the immune system, as well as an increase in anti-cancer cells.
