Greetings with Peace & Solidarity!
On May 28, 2026, marks the completion of my two-year term as your National Chairperson โ a journey that I will forever cherish as the most meaningful chapter of my life.
When I accepted this responsibility in 2024, I stood before you with a heavy heart but high hopes.
Back then, our sector was filled with anxiety and uncertainty amid the implementation of the Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP).
Many feared losing their livelihoods, while others struggled to understand how to adapt to the modernization.
I made one promise to you then: โI will lead not as a master, but as your servant. I will fight not for personal glory, but for the dignity and welfare of every transport worker.โ
Today, as I conclude my term, I wrote this with pride to say: We walked the path together, and we achieved more than we ever imagined.
Over the past two years, we anchored our work on one simple truth: Cooperativism is our greatest strength.
โAlone I am weak but with others, I am strong.โ
In 2024, we moved from consolidation to empowerment and protection. We knew that unity is useless without competence and security.
By 2025, we have solidified our place as the leading voice of the transport sector.
We expanded our reach to provinces nationwide, making NFTC-BKKPPI becomes the leading transport Federation in the country.
Amid the challenges of rising fuel costs and heavy financial obligations, we successfully lobbied for the State of Calamity declaration, extension of loan repayment terms and subsidies.
Brothers and sisters, all these achievements are never mine alone. These are the fruits of your hard work, your patience, your trust and our unity.
My deepest gratitude goes to the National Board of Directors for standing by me through all challenges.
To our regional leaders and TCE heads โ thank you for carrying our vision to every corner of the country.
To every driver and operator who wakes up before dawn and braves the roads everyday โ thank you for believing in us.
To our national government partners โ thank you for recognizing NFTC-BKKPPI as the true voice of the Public Transport Sector.
And to the one person behind โ thank you for sharing me your insights along the way with our sector.
As I turn over the leadership to the next set of officers, my appeal to all of you is simple: ALWAYS SERVE WITH INTEGRITY AND LEAD WITH PURPOSE.
Integrity and unity are the only reason we were able to defeat all our battles.
Continue to protect our welfare, push for the passage of the House Bill for the Institutionalization of the Public Transport Modernization Program (PTMP) embrace digitalization, and build our own social enterprises such as fuel stations and maintenance hubs to become truly self-reliant.
Always remember we exist not just to earn a living, but to uplift the status and dignity of transport workers.
I may have ended my term as your National Chairperson, but my heart will always be with NFTC-BKKPPI.
Thank you for the greatest honor of serving you for two wonderful years.
