PLEASE MATUTO TAYONG IBALIK ang buzzer after makuha ang order. This is not a souvenir.

Kapag nawala o nagkulang po kahit isa yung buzzer, ichacharge ito ng 500 sa crew. Yung crew na nagtrabaho ng 8 hours to earn ng 570, 375 at 405 , dahil sa iresponsableng customer, halos wala nang take home pay.

DINUGUAN OR TINUMIS OF NUEVA ECIJA
DINUGUAN NG NUEVA ECIJA





Nueva Ecija-style Dinuguan is known for its rich, flavorful, and slightly sweet taste. Here's a recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup pork blood
- 1/2 cup pork meat (face, ears, or belly), cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup pork liver, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup pork intestines, cleaned and cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- I cup of tamarind talbos leaves
- 1 tablespoon patis (fish sauce)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
3 leaf laurel
- siling haba garnish
1 tbsp msg
Instructions:

1. Cook pork meat, liver, and intestines in water until tender.
2. Sauteed in oil garlic, onionl add pork meat intestine ,liver until golden brown and water salt, and pepper.
3. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add pork blood and stir constantly until thickened
5. and tamarind talbos leaves simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice

- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons salt

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons patis (fish sauce) (optional)

- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon tausi (fermented black beans) (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
