Muling nakakuha ng pagkilala sa pandaigdigang turismo ang Palawan matapos maiulat na nanguna ito sa listahan ng mga pinakamagagandang isla sa Asya para sa 2026 ng travel magazine na Condé Nast Traveller.

Ang pagkilalang ito ay nagpapatingkad sa patuloy na paghanga ng mga turista sa likas na yaman ng lalawigan, kabilang ang mga dalampasigan, malinaw na tubig-dagat at iba’t ibang uri ng yamang-dagat at buhay-ilang.

Dahil sa mga atraksyong ito, nananatiling isa ang Palawan sa mga kilalang destinasyon ng mga lokal at dayuhang turista na naghahanap ng mga karanasang kaugnay ng kalikasan.

Kasabay ng pagkilalang ito, mahalagang mapanatili ang responsableng turismo at pangangalaga sa kapaligiran upang hindi masira ang mga likas na yaman na pinagmumulan ng kabuhayan at turismo sa lalawigan.
