• Personal Pick Up (scheduled, Thursdays and Sundays)
TURN AROUND TIME FOR COURIER DELIVERY
• Standard set to medium-size orders - average 1 to 3 days
• Bulk or customized orders- average 3 to 5 days
• Visayas and Mindanao, estimated 5 to 7 days

1. Delivery Fee: Usual transaction is delivery fee to be charged to and paid by customer upon delivery. Delivery cost at courier’s standard tariff rate may be added to or included in the total cost to be paid by the Buyer/Payor if he/she chooses not to charge the Actual Recipient. For example, Chili Bull orders are paid for by a friend or a loved one abroad, to be delivered to a Philippine address. In this case, the local [Philippines] addressee will no longer shoulder the delivery fee.
2. The Royal Chili Bull assures its customers that all the products are packed for safe and secure delivery. We regret that any breakage, damage or loss as a result of delivery handling while in transit will not be replaced or refunded.
