Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, comfort room (CR), and surrounding areas.
• Sweep, mop, and dust floors, desks, and shelves regularly.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste segregation.
• Wipe and sanitize desks, chairs, doorknobs, and other frequently touched surfaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report any damaged or missing supplies or items when needed.
• Peform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:
• At least Highschool or equivalent
• With/without experience
• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite

Responsibilities:
• Accurately encode data from source documents into the system within the required time frame.
• Scan, upload, and properly label physical and digital documents to maintain organized records.
• Scan the documents in the high speed document scanner.
• Assist in filing, organizing, and archiving of records as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all handled documents.
• Perform other clerical tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:
• At least High School Graduate/College level
• With basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Ofiice or equivalent)
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in encoding
• Willing to accept project-based employment
• Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite

Responsibilities:
· Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
· Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
· Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
· Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and spearheading in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
· Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that have a financial impact on the business.
· Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry

Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred
· At least with tax filing experience
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles

Responsibilities:
Recording customer payments and updating account balances in the system.
Generating reports on account aging, collection activity, and outstanding debt levels
Regularly reviewing and monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue balances and potential credit risks.
Reaching out to customers with past due accounts via phone, email, or mail to remind them of outstanding payments and arrange payment plans.
Making follow-up calls to customers to inquire about payment status and address any concerns regarding outstanding invoices.
Assisting in evaluating creditworthiness of new customers by reviewing financial information.

Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in B.S in Accountancy or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
