Fully vaccinated tourists:
- Approved S-Pass Application
- Valid ID
- Vaccination card
- Confirmed DOT-accredited tour/diving bookings
- Roundtrip tickets

Partially vaccinated/Unvaccinated tourists:
- Approved S-Pass Application
- Valid ID
- Negative RT-PCR test result (conducted within 48 hours by any DOH-accredited laboratories and Municipal Health Offices)
- Confirmed DOT-accredited tour/diving bookings
- Roundtrip tickets
Children below five years old:
- Birth certificate or passport

UPDATE: Marinduque is ready to greet local and foreign travelers with updated entry requirements. Travelers must present the following upon their arrival to the province.

Fully vaccinated local travelers:
- Vaccination card or certificate via VaxCertPH or other proof recognized under existing IATF regulations
- Certified negative RT-PCR or antigen test result taken within three days prior entry (Only for partially vaccinated/unvaccinated travelers)
- Government-issued ID
- Declaration form submitted to the Travel Permit Unit (TPU) of the Provincial Government of Marinduque via https://bit.ly/marinduquetouristdeclarationform

Fully vaccinated foreign travelers:
- Government ID
- Any of the following as proof of vaccination:
a. Vaccination certificate
b. World Health Organization International Certificates of Vaccination and Prophylaxis
c. National/State digital certificate of the foreign government
- Declaration form submitted to the Travel Permit Unit (TPU) of the Provincial Government of Marinduque via https://bit.ly/marinduquetouristdeclarationform
*Foreign travelers shall also submit copies of their entry documents to TPU to expedite entry and must also keep a copy to be presented to any authorized official of the Provincial Government of Marinduque.

Fully vaccinated domestic tourists (Alert Levels 1-2) :
- Vaccination card
- Valid ID
- Proof of confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited or LGU-licensed establishment
- Children ages 11 and below must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult (if traveling for leisure purposes)

Fully vaccinated domestic tourists (Alert level 3) :
- Vaccination card
- Valid ID
- Negative RT-PCR test result issued 48 hours before their trip
- Proof of confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited or LGU-licensed establishment

Fully vaccinated foreign tourists from non-visa required countries:
- Vaccination card
- Passport
- Negative RT-PCR test result issued 48 hours before their trip (IF coming from PH destinations under alert level 3)
- Proof of confirmed booking at a DOT-accredited or LGU-licensed establishment

Unvaccinated tourists and those coming from areas on alert levels 4-5 will NOT be permitted entry.
