✨2025–2026 New Year’s Eve Night Dive ·DivingKing Special Project

🎆While the world counts down on land, we choose to welcome the New Year underwater. In the ocean, everything returns to purity. This New Year’s Eve, we’ll dive into the deep blue via boat, and the fireworks display upon surfacing will announce the arrival of the new year in the most dazzling way.

🤿Just like night diving, we hope that in the new year, everyone can become a ray of light illuminating their own path in the darkness. Endure the silent darkness and witness the brilliant bloom. The glimmer of light from others is also quietly helping you move forward. In the sea, we need to move forward with the team. Along the way, we may encounter obstructive currents or hard cliffs and corners, but that’s okay, we will eventually reach the shore! In your life’s journey, don’t follow the crowd,enjoy life to the fullest!

What a surprise! Divers encountered a whale shark in Balicasag today!

🤿Thanks to PADI for organizing this marine conservation event, bringing together over a hundred divers.

💃We were moved by the warmth of the Filipino people and amazed by the beauty of Bohol Island.

🤿Our individual efforts may be small, but “you” watching from the screen matter just as much. Every piece of trash collected, every coral protected—each small step is a giant leap for our oceans. Let’s join hands to protect the blue and keep this spirit alive.

🌴So happy to join the .chinese Diving Carnival in Bohol with our fellow divers from DIVINGKING! Together with hundreds of divers, we took part in a special “Crown-of-Thorns Starfish Cleanup” dive for ocean protection. As the sun set over the beautiful white beach, we listened to divers from around the world share their stories and experiences in marine conservation.

🤿 Once we descended beneath the surface, we were shocked by how much coral bleaching had been caused by crown-of-thorns starfish. No footage or photo can compare to seeing it with your own eyes. Working together, divers and dive guides collected crown-of-thorns starfish and also removed marine debris. Every diver who joined this activity gained a deeper understanding of just how important it is to protect our oceans.

🪸 Why do we remove crown-of-thorns starfish?
They are the “nightmare of corals.” Covered in venomous spines, these large starfish feed on coral polyps—an adult can consume an area of coral equivalent to the size of its own body in just one day.

🪸 In a healthy ecosystem, their population remains balanced and harmless. However, due to global warming, pollution, and the decline of natural predators, their numbers have exploded in many regions. Within just a few months, they can devastate entire coral reefs.

Therefore, the removal of crown-of-thorns starfish by divers is not random hunting, but rather a restorative action to help correct an ecological imbalance.

📷As divers, our role in conservation is not only about taking action but also about raising awareness. We hope that through our photos, stories, and experiences, more people will realize:

🌊 The ocean is not a distant blue—it is our shared home.

🤿我们一致谴责在NAPALING发生的珊瑚破坏事件！

🪸一年前处女岛的关闭，正是因为珊瑚礁被刻字破坏。身为潜水员的我们都表示非常痛心和可惜。一年后的十月，我们收到了振奋人心的好消息，处女岛即将要再次开放。可没过两天，NAPALING再次发生珊瑚礁被刻字的情况，政府通知将暂停开放...

🪸我们谴责这种行为，同时也想呼吁大家，不要触摸海洋生物，不要破坏海洋环境，珍贵的海洋生物赋予海洋生命，同时也支撑着当地人民的生计。我们只是海洋的探索者，对于大自然我们需要永远怀揣着敬畏之心。
