We would like to inform you that a Temporary Fuel Surcharge will be implemented on all Passage Fare and Freight Rates beginning March 10, 2026.

Reason for the Surcharge
This decision is a result of the recent spike in global fuel prices, which has been influenced by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. The surcharge is necessary for us to manage the rising fuel expenses while ensuring that our vessels continue to operate safely and reliably for our passengers.

Assurance
Please be assured that this fuel surcharge is temporary and will be lifted once fuel prices return to stability.

Sa barko, matagal ang kontrata at paulit-ulit kayong magkakasama. Hindi sapat ang galing sa trabaho kung mahirap kang kasama. Ang tunay na mabuting crew mate ay ramdam sa araw-araw na galaw, hindi sa titulo.

✅ 1. Maging Maayos sa Maliit na Bagay.
Ang pag-aayos ng gamit, paglilinis ng area, at pagiging responsable sa sariling trabaho ay nagpapakita ng respeto sa buong crew, hindi lang sa senior.

✅ 2. Makinig Bago Sumagot.
Maraming payo ang galing sa karanasan. Hindi lahat ng correction ay pangmamaliit—minsan ito ang magliligtas sa’yo sa malaking pagkakamali.

✅ 3. Tumulong Kahit Hindi Inutusan.
Ang crew mate na may kusa ay laging naaalala. Hindi mo kailangang maging bida—kailangan mo lang maging maaasahan.

✅ 4. Irespeto ang Oras at Pahinga ng Iba.
Alam ng bawat seaman kung gaano kahalaga ang pahinga. Ang simpleng pag-unawa dito ay malaking bagay sa samahan onboard.

✅ 5. Maging Totoo, Hindi Plastik.
Mas pinapahalagahan ang totoo at may respeto kaysa sa pakitang-tao. Ang tiwala, pinaghihirapan—pero mabilis masira.
