Pinamalayan Attracts New Housing Development with Palacio de Saulong Groundbreaking
An exclusive residential development, Palacio de Saulong, formally marked the start of its construction with a groundbreaking ceremony today, December 13, 2025, in Barangay Sta. Rita, Pinamalayan.
The project is being developed by Nine Palace Real Estate and Development Corporation and is led by former Bansud Mayor Angel Saulong, who is behind the new subdivision envisioned as a gated community offering resort-style amenities.
Palacio de Saulong is designed as a premium subdivision featuring a clubhouse, swimming pool, lawn tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, and a playground. The development also highlights modern and sustainable features, including energy-powered street lights, and is marketed as being located in a flood-free area.
According to project details, the subdivision is strategically located near major establishments and along the national highway in Pinamalayan, positioning it as a residential option for families and investors seeking a planned community within the municipality.
The project holds a Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) License to Sell No. 0003635 and Certificate of Registration No. 0003066, with the approved completion date set on December 31, 2028.
Pinamalayan, one of the fast-growing municipalities in Oriental Mindoro, continues to see increased interest in residential and real estate developments, reflecting its expanding commercial activity and population growth.
