STEP 2: PAY FOR YOUR PASSPORT PROCESSING FEES
note: Wala na po kayong ibang babayaran sa DFA Branch unless ipapawaybill nyu ang passport door to door sa location nyu.

Express Processing 7-15 Working Days for Consular Offices within Metro Manila and 20 Working Days for Consular Offices outside Metro Manila.
✔ P1,000.00 + Settlers fee of P150.00 = Total P1,150.00
Regular Processing 10-30 Working Days for Consular Offices within Metro Manila and 30 Working Days for Consular Offices outside Metro Manila.
**Processing days may vary depending on the location of the Regional Consular Office where the application was filed.
STEP 4: CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR YOUR CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT
Kindly print it all in A4 size bond paper.
STEP 5: MAKE SURE TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOUR DESIRED SCHEDULE
Applicant will provide the following.
▶Old Passport- For renewal
▶Personal Appearance (Applicants are advised to appear on their scheduled appointment for picture taking.) - Both new applications, renewal and lost passport
▶Original copy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Authenticated Birth Certificate on Security Paper - Both new applications, renewal(expired) and lost passport
▶Married Females (who are using their spouse's last name) must also submit Original copy of PSA Authenticated Marriage Contract on Security Paper
or Report of Marriage - Both new applications, renewal(expired) and lost passport
-Local Civil Registrar Copy may be required if PSA Birth Certificate is not clear or cannot be read
▶2 Valid IDs with one (1) Photocopy.

•Social Security System (SSS) / Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) Card
•Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver’s License. Student Permit may be accepted if in card format.
•Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) ID
•Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) /Integrated Department of Labor and Employment (iDOLE) Card
•Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID or Voter's Certification from the Election Officer with Dry Seal
•Philippine National Police (PNP) Fi****ms License
•Senior Citizen ID
•School ID (if applicable)
•Current Valid ePassport (For Renewal of ePassport)
•For applicants based overseas, they may use their host government issued IDs showing their Philippine citizenship. (Example: Residence Card)
