just to clear everything that went wrong in the split of a second.
our company honors those who are long enough and have quit sometimes in this business and trust them with all our capacity due to their names that have always been mentioned that they can provide vessels both local and international as ("PER_THEM") but sad to say that this gentlemen and women that I've trusted directly with there group went wrong WHY?
1.due to how i easily trust people and was overwhelmed at that time (personally i and my company suffer for the mistake of giving them an certain amount without checking the vessel, no phone of the vessel captain, or even verifying it in short WE TRUST THRU their names only
2.due to high demand we are also in hurry for additional vessels for us to serve our clients so i did not do our due diligence (still lucky there are OLD BUT GOLD PEOPLE in this industry who help me verify all the information that mr. and mrs. B###N and their group gives in front of us are all false)again WHY?
3.the three vessels NAMELY SILANGAN, KAPITAN, SUPREMO is owned by majestic shipping and their good office confirms that on the date (nov.10, 2022) that we engage with mr.IS###l B###N and mrs.KH###Rina V. they are not the disponent owner and the vessel is still engage to another disponent owner,
"SILANGAN is engage at the somewhere at AGUSAN DEL NORTE"
"SUPREMO was also engaged somewhere in luzon"
"KAPITAN is still in drydock"
"THAT IS THE BIG REASON MY BUSINESS PARTNERS DID NOT PUSH THRU THE TRANSACTION CAUSE THEY DO DUE DILIGENCE INSTEAD OF ME AND FIND OUT ALL THIS MATTER BUT ITS TO LATE I'VE HANDED OVER AND AMOUNT AND AS THIER POLICY THIER ENTITLED TO FORFEITED EVEN THOUGH THERE ASYMMETRY ON THE SAID TRANSACTION AND NO PERFORMANCE MADE"
"WE NEVER CONFRONTED THEM UNTIL THIS DAY THAT THE INVESTIGATION WAS ALREADY DONE"
