PELCO I CONFERRED WITH PLAQUE OF APPRECIATION BY JBLMGH
The Pampanga I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PELCO I) was recently conferred with a Plaque of Appreciation by the Department of Health - Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (DOH-JBLMGH) last July 6, 2026 at the Heroes Hall of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga, recognizing its partnership with the electric cooperative in its voluntary blood donation program.
For several years now, PELCO I fully supports the said medical institution in its blood-letting activities, leading electric cooperative’s personnel and volunteer member-consumers donate blood.
PELCO I was likewise honored as the only electric cooperative in Central Luzon to be a partner of the JBLMGH, giving full support to the program as a way of helping those who need blood transfusion.
Under the leadership of PELCO I General Manager, Engr. Allan E. David and Board of Directors headed by its President Emmanuel R. Manalo, the electric cooperative remains steadfast in extending life to others through the donation of blood.
The said appreciation was given during the JBLMGH’s Recognition Ceremony for Blood Partner Organizations with the theme: “Grateful Hearts, Shared Success” which recognized organizations whose partnership with the hospital contributes to the blood supply of the institution.
The plaque was received by Engr. Edgardo Guitering and Ms. Nayse Pascual, PELCO I’s Health and Safety Section Chief and Company Nurse respectively.
PELCO I meanwhile likewise extends its utmost appreciation to its employees, volunteer consumers, partners and supporters for the program while giving emphasis to the fact that every drop of blood donated save lives.
