REMINDER TO ALL CEBU PACIFIC PASSENGERS:

To all with Cebu Pacific/CebGo and AirSWIFT flights, please take note of your flight numbers and terminal assignments.

On your tickets, you will find the IATA airline code followed by the flight number. For example, in the flight number "5J###," "5J" is the IATA airline code that indicates the operator of your flight.

If the IATA airline code is:
𝟓𝐉 (𝟓𝐉𝐗𝐗𝐗): These flights are operated by Cebu Pacific using larger commercial jet aircraft. These flights to and from Manila arrive at and depart from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.
𝐃𝐆 (𝐃𝐆𝐗𝐗𝐗): These are operated by Cebgo using smaller turboprop aircraft. Please do take note that all flights from Manila to Siargao (IAO) and Masbate (MBT) now depart and arrive at Clark (CRK).
𝐓𝟔 (𝐓𝟔𝐗𝐗𝐗): These flights are operated by AirSWIFT using smaller turboprop aircraft. These flights to and from Manila arrive at and depart from NAIA Terminal 2.

If you are confused or need clarifications, I suggest that you get in touch with Cebu Pacific directly. Please do not post your questions related to your specific flights in the comments section for a more direct answer from the airline itself.

Plan ahead, budget travellers! AirAsia has announced that they will be stricter in implementing carry-on luggage rules and restrictions.

This stricter compliance will help flights leave on time and make boarding and disembarking easier for passengers, according to the low-cost airline.

Per AirAsia’s carry-on baggage policy, passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of bag (1 cabin baggage and 1 small personal bag) on board with a total maximum weight of 7 kilograms.

One cabin baggage must not be bigger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (including handles, wheels, and side pockets). Meanwhile, the small personal bag must not be bigger than 40cm x 30cm x 10cm and must fit under the airplane seat.

Any luggage exceeding these weight and size limits must be checked in. This includes multiple items strapped, wrapped, or tied together, which are not counted as one piece.

Passengers should also consider any items purchased at the airport when packing, as these newly purchased items are included in the cabin baggage allowance. Only duty-free items packed in a Security Tamper-Evident Bag (STEB) are exempt from cabin baggage allowance.

"Compliance also ensures fair access to overhead compartments for all guests, maintaining both safety and comfort,” said AirAsia Communications and Public Affairs Head & First Officer Steve Dailisan.
