Pasabay app does not have holidays and always have travel routes north to south on a daily basis with 2 time schedules of departures per day.
How to book successfully:
1. Open or scan the Pasabay app qr code
2. Fill up the form with your details
3. You will receive a confirmation via email
4. Choose services and price of fare
5. Take selfie and upload your id
6. Scan gcash qr code to make a payment for a reservation
7. Keep your gcash ref number it will serve as your paid reservations reference number
8. You will receive a call or text stating you have successfully booked a travel with Pasabay app
9. You will receive a call at 800am on the day of travel to remind you or your reservation.
10. You are obligated to keep your lines open on the travel date to receive a call 30 mins before pick up time or when the service unit is 30mins away from your pick up location.
Note:
No answer in 30 mins before and after your seat will be honored to the next chance passenger
No show 30 mins before and after no ride or reservation is void and will be available to the next chance passenger in line.
No rescheduling within 48 hrs to travel date.
No refund if not made 48hrs before travel date
Excess and un declared baggages will not be allowed.
