JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Serve as the main point of contact for client
inquiries, shipment updates, and service
feedback.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to
ensure accurate on-time delivery.
• Maintain and update client records in the system
with high attention to detail.
• Handle complaints professionally and proactively
resolve service issues.
• Educate clients about Speedmax's
offerings and provide after-sales support.
• Track and follow up on delivery milestones with a
sense of urgency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Customs or Business
Administration is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in
English and Filipino.
• Experience in customer service or logistics is
an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is needed.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking
abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a "customer-first"
attitude.
