To all paw parents,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in the delivery of your pet. We understand your excitement and regret this inconvenience.

The delay is due to major transport congestion in the region caused by the upcoming Undas holidays and severe queueing at the port. This is affecting the movement of all scheduled cargo.

Our Top Priority
Please be assured that the health and safety of your pet is our primary concern. We are working around the clock with our partners to secure the fastest and safest route.

If you have an active booking, a team member will contact you personally within 24 hours with a specific, revised delivery date.
