Created to stimulate maritime training innovation thereby enhancing the competency of seafarers, offering affordable and innovative quality training to shipboard personnel onboard seagoing vessels, as well as skills enhancement to newly graduated deck and engine cadets. ensure examination. At the helm of SHORELINE is a veteran and seasoned Master Mariner Capt. Euvigildo Saballa, on board seagoing dry cargo vessels. Formerly the Training Manager of a maritime training center, Branch Manager of Crew Management Company. Designated person ashore of a ship management company. Saballa is a performance driven and result oriented manager and a strong leader with motivational management style. As the president and CEO, Capt. Saballa is expected to play an important role in the research and development, interdisciplinary maritime education program and innovative goals of SHORELINE. Shoreline shall set the standards of maritime education and training thereby producing a global competitive seafarers.
