-Proven customer support experience
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.) Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
2.) Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and or social media.
3.) Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
4.) Assist with their concerns and other questions that may help them.
5.) Advise client with their shipment accordingly.
6.) Follow up client with their shipment.
7.) Send accurate status report based on actual information or thru email.
