Communication keeps PSACC moving as one.
During the 2026 Mid-Year Townhall, leaders and employees across PSACC came together to share updates, align priorities, and move forward together.
President Jordan placed people at the heart of PSACC’s progress:
“Our company is only as strong as the people behind it—and you are our greatest strength.”
His message set the tone for the townhall, encouraging everyone to focus on safety, reliable service, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Sales and Marketing Head Arnold Go also shared the latest sales updates.
Through the open Q&A, employees shared their questions and insights directly with management, strengthening two-way communication.
The townhall also honored Julito Villaso, Tax Supervisor – Compliance, PSACC Cebu, as Values Champion for Integrity—showing how living our values makes PSACC stronger and earns lasting client trust.
Together, these moments reflect the workplace we continue to build—where people are heard, values guide action, and everyone has room to contribute and grow.
