Our first Speak & Span session featured meaningful conversations on leadership, resilience, work-life balance, and women empowerment in the workplace through the inspiring insights shared by Atty. Sheila Abigail Go Yap, PSACC's Legal and Compliance Head.

🌊 About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Vessel Quality & Safety Officer to ensure our fleet consistently meets the highest standards in:

• Quality Assurance
• Health & Safety
• Security Compliance
• Environmental Protection

If you have a passion for maritime safety and operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact at sea and ashore.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Review vessel recommendations by the Class Society and Marina Authorities are complied/rectified. Report the status of recommendations to the Quality and Safety Manager and/or inform the in-charge Ship Superintendent for compliance
• Conduct Inspection/assessment on the extent of damage if there is any on the reported vessel incident/accident
• Carry out in port safety inspection of the vessel and ensure all navigational and safety equipment [Life Saving and Fire Fighting Equipment] are compiled with the authority and class society regulations
• Assist DP/QSM, Port Captain and/or CSO in conducting emergency drills exercises occasionally to verify the shipboard crew's performance

🔹 Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related Engineering field
âś” Licensed Engineer preferred
âś” At least 5 years of relevant maritime or shipping industry experience
âś” Strong knowledge of Maritime Regulations, Safety Standards, and Safety Management Systems
âś” Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

We’re looking for a skilled Building Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems in our facilities.

Key Tasks:

• Install, troubleshoot, and fix electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Respond to electrical issues promptly

Requirements:

• Graduate of any related Vocational/Technical course (Electrical Maintenance)
•At least 1 year of technical experience in maintenance of electrical infrastructure / building electricals.
• NC II Certification is an advantage
