We're looking for an Import Associate!

Responsibilities
- Classify commodities and compute for duties and taxes
- Inform customers of the most recent updates on their shipments
- Check and process shipment and customer documents for import customs clearance
- Organize shipment documents for easy reference and reviews
- When needed, assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BS Customs Administration and at least two (2) years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Customs procedures
- Experience in breakbulk customs clearance is required
- Experience with PEZA shipments is a plus
- Acute attention to detail
- Effective handling of multiple accounts
- Proactive and frequent communication with customers
- Good collaboration with colleagues
