1 Trade Logistics Inc. is looking for results-oriented, quality-focused Fleet Coordinator responsible for ensuring safe, secure, orderly, and timely deliveries of our clients cargoes to their respective warehouses. He shall also be responsible in ensuring that monthly target trips are surpassed, and that all expenses are properly accounted

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Ensures that monthly target trips are surpassed.
2. TABS booking, truck manifest, empty container return booking, and all necessary correspondences with carriers and empty container depot.
3. Ensures that delivery crew (Driver and Helper) complies to all laws, procedures, requirements, safety standards, rules and regulations of the government, of the company and of its customers at the depots, on the roads and at the delivery sites.
4. Daily updates of Fleet Monitoring Report.
5. Regular, timely updates for customers, especially on delivery status, PODs, EIRs, etc.
6. Ensures all expenses are checked and accounted for in a timely manner.
7. Ensures all documents and databases pertinent to the Fleet operations are kept and properly filed.
8. Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by the management.

1. Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (BSCA) or any bachelors degree.

8. Send daily status reports to clients/customers.

10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and productive customer relationship built on integrity, competence and excellence.
11. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product and service features and possibilities.
12. Perform all other tasks that may be assigned by the management.

Good morning! Nangangailangan po kami ng mga Trailer Drivers na may lisensyang “8” o kaya ay “CE”. Para sa mga Isuzu Giga Max 6WG1 trailer trucks

Nangangailangan din po kami ng tmga Trailer Helpers na may lisensyang “8” o “CE” na ite train namin na maging Trailer Drivers. Gusto po naming na ang Helper ay maging Trailer Drivers din, para umasenso din po sila

Kami po ang 1 Trade Logistics, Inc. Hindi po kami agency, trucking company po kami. Ang mga kliyente po namin ay mga importers, exporters, freight forwarders, at Customs Brokers. Pang 25 units na po ang mga trailer trucks namin na puro Isuzu Giga 6WG1. Wala po kaming straight trucks, wala po kaming 10-wheeler wing vans. Ang mga byahe po namin ay puro imports na 20’ at 40’ at back-to-back (combo), may konting exports, pero walang local. Sa MICP at South po ang pick-up. Ang delivery sites po ay Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, etc..

Ang garahe po namin ay nasa Ugong, Valenzuela.

Minimum 15% Ng Net ang bayad namin sa Trailer Driver. Ibig sabihin, ang halaga ng bayad sa Trailer Driver ay depende sa layo ng byahe at sa bayad sa tin ng kliyente. Pero para sa mga magtatanong, PHP 2,200.00 na po ang pinaka mababang bayad po namin sa Trailer Driver para sa 40’. Meron po kaming byahe ng back-toback sa Laguna na PHP 3,300.00 per trip naman ang bayad namin. Paglabas ng Metro Manila, mas malayo, mas mataas po ang bayad.

Tuwing Sabado po ang sweldo dito sa min, na naka ATM. May SSS, PAG-IBIG, at PHILHEALTH na din po kami. May bago po kaming incentives na ipamimigay tuwing Christmas party -mas masipag bumyahe, mas malaki ang tatanggapin na incentives sa Christmas party. May barracks naman po sa garahe, para sa mga drivers at helpers

May surprise drug test po kami, pero kami naman ang gumagastos - bawal po kasi sa min ang narda-drugs.. Mahigpit lang po kami sa Honor Code: bawal magsinungaling, bawal mandaya, bawal magnakaw - pag lumabag dito, sorry po. At pag nag positive sa drug test, sorry po. Yung mga umiiwas sa drug test, sorry din po. Bawal po sa garahe ang inuman. Bawal din po pumunta sa garahe ang sinuman nang lasing o nakainom.
