- Assist in lodgement of entry
- Assist in preparing import permit
- Assist in preparing documents for BOC processing
- Assist in preparing docs for endorsement
- Assist in customer inquiries via email, phone and SMS
- And other responsibilities that are necessary

SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Must be a graduate of BS Customs Administration or Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course (𝗑𝗒𝗧 π—Ÿπ—–π—•π˜€)
- With previous experience in the same role is an ADVANTAGE.

- Good Communication Skills (written and oral)

- Coordinate with drivers and helpers regarding delivery status
- Ensure compliance with delivery timelines and procedures
- Coordinate with warehouse/delivery address for smooth delivery
- Address and escalate incidents such as delays to warehouse/delivery address and customer account holder
- Ensure proper documentation
- Must be attentive to delivery orders regarding limited time frame of container detention to avoid penalties

- Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers
- Ensure billings are properly received by customers
- Scan billing and attachment for internal copy and process
- Follow up collections/receivables from customer
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary

Skills & Education Required:
- At least college graduate
- Previous experience in the same role is an advantage
