HR OFFICER - ADMIN
Human Resource Tasks
* In-charge of end-to-end recruitment and manages different recruitment platforms
* Schedules interviews, contacts candidates, and conducts background checks as needed
* Ensures all staff are kept current of necessary company updates and information
* Holds meetings with and conducts disciplinary action to employees who violate Company Policies
* Coordinates with company lawyers to update company/office policies and legal compliance (accreditations, permits, etc.)
* Keeps and maintains employee records and files
* Keeps and maintains physical and digital company records (contracts, retainer agreements, etc.)
* Assists accountant and helps gathering data for payroll
* Evaluates employee performance and competence at work
* Be the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related concerns and queries
* Organizes company events and meetings
* Oversee the visa processing of foreign employees
Admin Tasks
* Monitors billings and other payments
* Assists (when needed) in coordinating with different partnered establishments, organizations and franchises
* Accommodate guests and visitors
* Performs office DIYs and other clerical duties
* Do additional admin tasks as directed by the management
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
* 1 or 2 more years experience in HR specifically with end-to-end recruitment and employee relations
* Willing to work on shifting schedules
* Willing to render overtime when necessary
* Team player with interpersonal skills
* Above average communication skills both verbal and written
* Understanding of cultural differences due to foreign staff in the company
* Computer literate and adept with MS Office & Google applications
* Good understanding of labor laws
* Is a self-starter and solutions-oriented person
* Has initiative and is driven toward quality outputs
* Can do task switching
