Cancelled Flights Due to Airbus Software Update

Cebu Pacific (CEB) has announced flight cancellations following a notice from Airbus requiring a mandatory software update for A320/A321 aircraft.
Our operations and engineering teams are working diligently to complete the updates as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have also deployed additional airport staff to assist passengers and hope to normalize operations soon.
As such, the following flights scheduled on November 29, 2025 are cancelled:

· 5J 261/262: Iloilo – Puerto Princesa – Iloilo
· 5J 4761/4760: Puerto Princesa – Davao – Puerto Princesa

Affected passengers of cancellations have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
Full refund of your ticket.
CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their domestic and international flights scheduled from November 29 to December 1, 2025. They may avail themselves of these options through the Manage Booking portal of the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
