5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Clients can request a specific time in the Order form, we will try our best to accommodate the client’s request but cannot commit 100% efficiency in the timing of delivery. Delivery timings if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of unavoidable events or circumstances like extreme weather conditions, during rush hour days and or during special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Christmas, New year Eve etc, and cancellation of order would not be possible in such circumstances. Although we value in Timely Delivery, we do not make any commitment regarding midnight deliveries to get it delivered at sharp. There may be external factors which affect the timing of delivery, for which we are not liable or do not provide any refund/replacement.

• Delivery attempt LIMITS TO Maximum of 2 times. We make every effort to ensure that our Client receives excellent service. However, exemptions such as below cases, we will consider the order executed:

• Wrong or incomplete delivery address of recipient.

• Recipient or Accomplice is not being present or not responding to our calls

• Providing us a wrong contact number, because of which, we are unable to reach the recipient/accomplice

• Security is not allowing the entry of WheelsOfLoveSaPinas due to issues and protocol of their village, subdivisions, etc and your Recipient refused to accept the delivery


6. CHANGE OF ORDER & CANCELLATION

Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be cancelled. Cancellation of Confirmed Orders THREE (3) DAYS prior to delivery or decides not to push thru with the delivery will charge for service fee and will allow a refund of 80%. If cancellation is made ONE (1) DAY before the actual delivery, it is not refundable anymore due to materials and preparations made by WheelsOfLoveSaPinas.

7. CHANGING IN DELIVERY ADDRESS

Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of charge if they are requested before 48hrs of the actual delivery

8. SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or items included in the package are necessary due to availability.
