Every founder has a version of the “garage era.”
Inventory taking over every corner of the house. Packing orders late at night. Daily carrier drop offs. Printing labels from the kitchen table. Making it work with whatever space you have available.
There’s something really meaningful about that stage because it usually means someone believed in an idea enough to just start.
But growth changes things.
What once felt exciting can start to feel overwhelming. Your work follows you everywhere. Operations get more complicated. The line between home and business starts to disappear. And eventually, most founders reach a point where they need space that supports the business they’re building and the life they’re trying to maintain alongside it.
Our clients know that feeling firsthand. Not just the growth side of entrepreneurship, but the emotional side too. The transition from doing everything alone to building with structure, support, and other founders who get it.
This post made us laugh because honestly… both versions are accurate. One explains the business. The other explains the experience. 📦✨
And somewhere behind almost every growing ecommerce brand is a very real “garage era” story.
