We are looking for a shipping Coordinator with at least 2 years experience in the field.

- collects documents from clients
- submits documents to shipping lines for processing
- coordinates with operations manager to arrange schedule for the next day
- coordinate with shipping line checker locating the container for pullout
- sort shipping documents per trip accordingly for billing preparation
- updates operations manager from time to time with the operation status
- advise trailer truck drivers when to pullout loaded or empty containers from container yards or client's premises

- a resident of Metro Cebu
- at least college level
- with good communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- patient and lenient
- active and organized
