REQUIREMENTS:

1. *Vehicle (Owned)

2. Clear photos of:

*OR/CR of the Vehicle
*Professional Driver’s License
*NBI Clearance
*Drug Test (Optional)
*Vehicle (Front, Side and Back). Make sure plate number is visible

For riders/carriers

REQUIREMENTS:

1. *Motorcycle (Owned)

2. Clear photos of:

*OR/CR of the Motorcycle
*Professional Driver's License
*NBI Clearance
*Drug Test (Optional)
*Toktok Insulated Bag 16x16

Registration fee

For Riders: PHP 1,000.00
For Drivers: PHP 1,500.00
