Our technical team will conduct a water audit and diagnostic activities in Ungka, Pavia. This activity will help us evaluate and quantify all flows of water in the system to further understand consumption, reduce losses, and improve water supply.
Customers in the affected area may experience low to no water during the activity. Normal water supply level will return gradually after the said activity. Once the water service resumes, let the water flow briefly until it becomes clear.
