Terms and Conditions:
1. Full payment shall be before the guest/s arrival.
2. Cancellation made before 48 hours prior to Tour Guide date is chargeable of P500/pax for permit, where the permit has already been secured.
3. Cancellation made within 48 hours are 100% non-refundable (forfeited). No show will incur full amount.
4. If the Tour were cancelled due to bad weather condition ( where there's a risk to the safety of our guest) by the Coast guard, we will organize an alternative date or tour activity, otherwise a full refund will be provided by our side.
5. Pick up hotels from outside of Puerto Princesa City may be subject to additional transportation costs.
6. Usual pick up time : (6:30am -6:45am) but then might change but will inform our guest.
Usual drop-off time: (3:00pm-4:00pm)
7. Children below 2 years old is free of charge but there's no reserve seat.
3-6 years old will be charged half rate of the tour however environmental fee isthe same as adult. 7 years old will be charged as adult rate.
