Sa amon engagement with the good Mayor, problems and concerns we brought to her attention are acted immediately. This is to inform our commuters that Joroshely Transport Services will NOT participate in the transport strike called by MANIBELA / PISTON scheduled for tomorrow, March 26, 2026, and on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Our operations shall continue as usual, and our units will remain available to provide safe, reliable, and uninterrupted service to our valued commuters.

Passengers are assured of regular trips, subject only to normal traffic conditions and any directives from the proper authorities.

📢 Public Advisory

Please be informed that JTSI will be joining the Transport Holiday on March 23, 2026 (Monday).

This decision comes in light of the significant financial losses incurred due to the continued surge in oil prices, which has severely affected our operational sustainability. Despite our efforts to absorb these rising costs, the situation has reached a critical point that necessitates our participation in this collective action.

In line with this, operations will be temporarily suspended on the said date.

We sincerely apologize to our valued commuters for the inconvenience this may cause. We understand the importance of reliable transportation in your daily lives, and this step was not taken lightly. We respectfully ask for your understanding as we stand in solidarity with the transport sector in addressing these pressing concerns.

Regular operations will resume on March 24, 2026 (Tuesday).

📢 TRAFFIC ADVISORY / ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE FOR ILOMINATION 2026

Please be informed that there will be a road closure along Diversion Road beginning at 4:00 P.M. tomorrow, January 23, 2026.

As a result, starting at the said time and depending on prevailing traffic conditions, all units shall only drop off and pick up passengers from SM Jaro to Jaro Big Market.

Passengers are advised to plan their trips ahead to avoid inconvenience.

From their assembly area at Atria Park District, Pacencia Tiham St. to Donato Pison Avenue (Symborio) going to B. Aquino Avenue (passing on the left side facing towards SM City Iloilo) going to Taft north/ Taft St. turn left to MegaworldBoulevard to their dispersal.

B. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

The following streets are hereby declared NO ENTRY to all types of vehicles during the ILOMINATION Parade of Lights.

1. DONATO PISON AVENUE – from corner Pacensia Tiham St. (Symborio) until corner Benigno Aquino Avenue

2. BENIGNO AQUINO AVENUE – left side, from corner Donato Pison Avenue until corner Taftnorth.

Please be informed that we have been assigned a new designated spot at Tagbak Terminal pursuant to the directives of the Iloilo City Government through the Traffic and Transportation Management Office (TTMO).

This new location shall also serve as our official starting point for trips originating from the Tagbak area.

This adjustment is part of the City’s continuing efforts to improve traffic flow, terminal organization, and passenger convenience.
