BREAKING | The entire province of Tarlac has been placed under a State of Calamity due to widespread flooding and damage caused by days of heavy rainfall.

Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Rizal, Nueva Ecija(San Jose, Pantabangan, Lupao, Carranglan), Quezon(Catanauan, Burdeos, Panukulan, Patnanungan, Tagkawayan) and Cavite(Alfonso, Amadeo, Indang, Mendez, Silang, Tagaytay, Carmona, Dasmarinas, Gen. Mariano Alvarez) which may persist within 3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
