Delivery Rider Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
โ€ข Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
โ€ข Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
โ€ข Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling client complaints.
โ€ข Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
โ€ข Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
โ€ข Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
