JKN Foods began in 2017 as a part time home-based Chorizo Business of spouses Joyce Mondejar and Nico Mondejar, both young entrepreneurs from General Santos City. Mondejar who has a meat stand and chorizo business two d
ecades ago. With some savings at hand the couple started producing pork chorizo, the recipe being passed down from Mrs. Mondejar's grandmother. The meager income from that venture was used to augment the needs of the family. Fast forward to year 2020 with prevailing uncertainties brought by global pandemic, the couple took a risk and decided to make the business as a full time endeavor. The global pandemic had very huge impact in the business climate of the country but on a contrary JKN Foods flourished with the increasing demand from customers who were satisfied by the guaranteed fresh and delicious products of the company.
