Day 2 of our unforgettable farm tour in Batangas was truly a sweet experience! From exploring vibrant bee colonies to learning the art of honey production, this visit gave us a deeper appreciation for the tiny creatures that play a huge role in our ecosystem. 🍯🌼

Every hive tells a story of hard work, teamwork, and sustainability—values we carry as future tourism professionals. 🌿💛

🐝 Did You Know? (Honey Bee Trivia)
• A single bee produces only about 1/12 teaspoon of honey in its lifetime!
• Honey never spoils—jars of honey found in ancient tombs are still edible!
• Bees communicate through a special “waggle dance” to show where food is located.
• There are three types of bees in a hive: queen, workers, and drones.
• Bees are responsible for pollinating about one-third of the food we eat! 🌎🍓

Isang malaking pasasalamat at pagkilala ang ibinibigay sa United Federation of Tourism and Hospitality Advocates (UFTHA) sa kanilang mahalagang ambag sa matagumpay na pagdaraos ng EATawis: Makan yo Itawis (Cooking Demonstration) para sa Filipino Food Month 2026.
