Coming to Dumaguete? EYES HERE 👀

Here are the new requirements to enter Dumaguete City, based on the new DILG guidelines effective July 16, 2021:

1. Requirements: Valid I.D. and RT PCR Swab Test Negative Result, which must be from a DOH-accredited test center and valid 72 hours from result release date

2. Submit clear copies online via https://s-pass.ph/
Apply for SPass Travel Coordination Permit (TCP)
Upload Valid I.D. and RT PCR Swab Test Negative Result

3. Travel Coordination Pass (TCP) will be approved within 24 hours
Save on your cellphone or print the TCP
Present your TCP at checkpoint or port of entry
