In order to enhance convenience for visa applicants and promote visits to Korea, the required supporting documents for visa applications will be revised as follows, effective February 20, 2026.

โ€ข For all types of required documents, the submission of โ€œthree (3) months of bank statementsโ€ will be waived.

โ€ข For student applicants, the proof of student status requirement will be changed from โ€œOriginal School Certificate and copy of Student IDโ€ to โ€œeither the original School Certificate or a copy of the Student IDโ€ (the applicant may choose and submit one).
